Newcomers Ministries
We welcome all who will to become a part of New Life. It is more than politeness; we have a passion to help and to encourage all who enter our house to feel at home. We consider our guests the most important people in any service, and so our Hosting and Ushering ministries are ready to greet, and serve all who come. Further, our Outreach and Discipleship ministry stands ready to share the love, grace, and truth that we have found though Bible Studies, New Converts courses, a special dinner, and in many other ways. The guest is number one!
Childrens Ministries
Helping build the hearts, minds, and character of children is an important part of the ministry of New Life. Starting at the age of 12 months through eleven years we seek to assist parents in their childs upbringing. From our vibrant Sunday School program to the fun, yet real Childrens Ministry; and from our topnotch Pre-School (12 months - Kindergarten) to the academic excellence of our Christian School (K-12), we are committed to giving our children the best.
Youth & Singles Ministries
Adult Ministries
Our Preserving Christian Homes ministry is dedicated to helping build strong marriages and families. The Womens and Mens ministries of NLC provide an opportunity to develop friendships and understanding of who we are as men and women of God.
Keenagers is a powerful and very fulfilling ministry to mature adults (50 and older). In fact, once a month they meet to eat and enjoy one anothers company. The Extension Ministry reaches out to those mature adults who are in area Nursing Homes. Each Sunday morning, nursing homes are filled with music, singing, and anointed ministry.
Nothing is more effective and necessary to the Christian than prayer. Our Prayer Ministry is central to all who make New Life their home.
Music lifts the spirit, opens the heart, and ushers us into the presence of God. With musicians, an Adult Choir, a Youth Choir, solos, and special events the Music Department, working in unison with the Audio ministry, provides an opportunity for people to minister to people.
Compassion Ministry reaches out to our community and church members, meeting real physical needs with real help. Working alongside this ministry is the Recovery West, dedicated to helping those with alcohol and chemical dependency problems and teaching -anger management.
It is not enough to care for those close to home; we must reach our world with the light of the gospel. Both here in the United States, and around the world, missionaries, children, and many, many others are being reached with truth through our World Missions program.
